Founder Profile
Aileen Gilpin, established AGilpin Consultants in 2006 due to her passion and skill in recruitment and administration. She wanted to offer a diverse set of services to businesses globally in an effort to provide businesses, entrepreneurs and busy professional with the support they need. Throughout her career, she has rewarded the corporate world with her diverse skill set, strong work ethic, positive attitude, reliability, dedication, resourcefulness, and creative ability. It is this skill set that allows her to work closely with clients in understanding both their professional and personal, goals and needs.
With over 15 years of management experience, Aileen brings to AGilpin Consultants diverse experience to include project management, customer relations/problem resolution, staff development and retention, database management, quality assurance, and more.
Aileen is a member of the West Suburban Women Entrepreneurs, International Virtual Assistants Association, Virtual Assistance League, Ali Lassen’s Leads Club and Girl Scouts of America. Aileen also volunteers at the InterFaith Career Network Job Support Group to help encourage and educate those in a career transition. This demonstrates to all the intense energy, creativity and dedication she brings to what she does.
